Discover our production processes in mass and bespoke manufacturing

Using a comprehensive range of manufacturing processes, Kling produces high-quality presentation products, displays, packaging, showcases and three-dimensional lettering, with a focus on your company’s unique brand identity. State-of-the-art machinery, skilled craftsmanship and expertise in combining materials enable bespoke solutions of the highest manufacturing quality – from prototypes to small-batch and medium-volume production.

Unlike traditional signage companies, Kling does not merely produce lettering or individual advertising elements. We develop and manufacture holistic, structurally sophisticated presentation solutions featuring bespoke materials, finishes and functions.

CNC Milling

CNC milling using state-of-the-art 5-axis machines is ideal for prototypes, jigs and small production runs. We machine aluminium, acrylic, plastic, solid wood, MDF and foam to your exact specifications with precision.

PU moulding

PU moulding is ideal for components made from plastic, synthetic resin and thermosetting plastics in small and medium-sized production runs. We support your project from the development of the master model right through to toolmaking; the minimum order quantity depends on the specific requirements.

Thermoforming

Thermoforming is ideal for precisely shaping common plastics from sheet or roll stock into the desired form. Our machines are designed for medium batch sizes, but also enable the cost-effective production of small batches.

Injection moulding

Thermoplastic injection moulding is ideally suited to the cost-effective production of precision plastic components. Using state-of-the-art plastic injection moulding machines, we manufacture dimensionally stable plastic components for a variety of applications and production runs.

Plotting

The flatbed plotter is ideal for precise cutting in small and medium-sized batches. We cut paper, corrugated cardboard, card, fabric and wood exactly to your individual shapes and dimensions – ideal, in particular, for outer packaging.

Laser cutting

Laser cutting is suitable even for small batch sizes and enables the creation of precise two- and three-dimensional contours. We process wood, glass, paper, card, corrugated cardboard, acrylic and plastic quickly and accurately to your specifications.

Waterjet cutting

Waterjet cutting is suitable for both soft and hard materials and enables precise contours to be achieved without thermal stress. Using pure water and abrasive jets, we process glass, plastic, paper, films and foam exactly in accordance with your design.

Die-cutting

Die-cutting is suitable for precise round and shaped holes in small and medium-sized production runs. Using die-cutting machines for roll and sheet material, we process paper, card, corrugated board, metal, foam and plastic.

Industrial painting

Industrial painting is ideal for high-quality, durable finishes, from prototypes through to mass production. Using a state-of-the-art painting line and spray booth, we finish wood, plastic and acrylic glass in your company or brand colours.

Polishing

Polishing gives a wide range of materials high-quality, uniform and refined finishes. Using polishing machines and meticulous handwork, we process stainless steel, metal, acrylic glass, plastic and wood.

Edge banding

Edge banding is ideal for high-quality furniture, shop counters, display cabinets and woodworking in general. Using state-of-the-art machinery, we produce clean, durable edges for small and medium-sized production runs.

Digital printing

Digital printing is ideal for producing brilliant print results in small print runs and a variety of formats. Using four digital printing presses, we print on plastic, foam, acrylic glass, wood, card, corrugated cardboard and paper.

Pad printing

Pad printing is ideal for angular, curved and irregularly shaped objects. This indirect gravure printing process also enables multi-colour printing on plastic, foam, acrylic glass, wood, cardboard, corrugated cardboard and paper in small and medium batch sizes.

Screen printing

Screen printing is ideal for durable logo and promotional prints with high ink coverage. Special colours can also be reproduced brilliantly on plastic, foam, acrylic glass, wood, card, corrugated cardboard and paper.

3D printing

Thanks to its layer-by-layer build-up process, 3D printing is ideally suited to the production of three-dimensional individual samples and prototypes. This layer-by-layer approach also makes it possible to produce bespoke plastic objects with internal cavities, even in quantities as small as one.

Hot foil or blind embossing

The embossing process is ideal for high-quality logos and decorative finishes in gold or silver, or as blind embossing. Using our embossing machines, we apply finishes to textiles, imitation leather, plastics, corrugated cardboard, card and other materials.

One-stop assembly and packaging for products with strong brand recognition

During assembly and finishing, we combine plastic, acrylic and wooden components to create finished products and assemblies. Our experienced specialist staff carry out both meticulous manual assembly and repetitive tasks in mass production; we can process other materials on request.
